Where can I find your privacy policy or terms?

SELO Technology's company-wide policies are at /privacy and /terms. Each product has its own product-specific versions linked from those pages.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is handled inside each app. For SELO Fitness, open the app, go to Profile › Account, and tap Delete account. Your data is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period. For other products, see that product's support page.

Where do refunds come from?

All App Store subscription refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com per the App Store Refund Policy. We do not process refunds directly.
